Striving for excellence
The General Services Division (GSD) is the primary administrative branch of the Authority. Its purpose is to provide budget and personnel administration, project and program development and management, information resource management, cartographic mapping and technical support, and performance monitoring for all agency related activities and services.
The GSD provides its services both internally to other divisions or departments and externally with outside agencies or entities within the limits of the Authority’s Enabling Legislation and Board Policy.
All programs and projects conducted by the Authority are administered through the GSD. Although programs or projects may be implemented and/or operated by a specific division or department for accounting purposes, the GSD provides all computer support services, information processing and data management, planning and engineering, and budgetary management that may be necessary to accomplish the goals and objectives of a program or project.
