The General Services Division provides personnel administration and risk management for all divisions and departments of the Authority. All personnel must be capable of being cross-trained to function in a multi-disciplinary environment under exceptionally high standards of work ethics. The Authority utilizes a total quality management system dependent upon individual honesty and integrity, individuals who are capable of demonstrating a positive attitude, able to get along well with other employees and the public, willing to accept and manage responsibility well, work well with team assignments, is conscientious in the performance of all duties, exhibits a clean driving record and is bondable, and desires to become successful as a permanent member of the Authority’s professional team.
