Online – go to rra.texas.gov and click on “Pay My Bill”.

You may receive a call from our automated systems when a Boil Water Notice has been issued or rescinded for your area. You may also receive a call from our customer service department if our systems indicate that you may have a water leak on your property.

To report a leak or service outage during our regular business hours call (940) 723-8697. After hours you should contact your District Manager, their direct cell phone number is listed on the back of your bill card.
